背景

近年來,免疫檢查點蛋白因其在腫瘤發生和發展中的重要作用備受關注。通常,腫瘤細胞可以通過阻斷免疫檢查點通路來逃脫免疫系統的攻擊。因此,研究者相信調控免疫檢查點通路可使免疫系統重新激活,從而對抗腫瘤。值得一提的是,anti-CTLA4和anti-PD1單克隆藥物已經在多種惡性腫瘤的臨床試驗中展現出不錯的療效,同時研究人員也在開發針對其他檢查點蛋白的抗體藥物,從而找到更好的治療腫瘤的方法。
